SOCC, Infrastructure, and Hardware
Working Group

Responsible for configuring, constructing, and managing the System Operations Control Center (SOCC) in Oklahoma, which will serve as the nerve center for NETRAD. This group also will coordinate all elements of NETRAD, including but not limited to radar siting, power and communications, site security, installation and maintenance (the latter performed by others), upgrade, and collaborative links with other systems (e.g., ARM/CART, PAR, SMART-R).
